For this week’s Ted Talk Thursday, I chose a talk about happiness being a choice. We all can choose to have a good day every single day.

At about the 5:30 mark she talks about how external factors can’t play a role in whether we have good days or bad days. We all have the power to make that decision internally.

The talk wraps-up with a really quick meditation session. (I’ll be writing a quick blog on meditation soon. Too many people get frustrated with it and/or think it’s too hard or too woo-woo, but it’s just a misunderstanding. Hopefully I can clear that up a little).
